Industrial Rehabilitation – At Glinn & Giordano Physical Therapy, Inc we believe that immediate treatment of an injured employee is critical to a timely recovery. Our highly trained staff can help your employee regain their muscle strength, endurance, joint motion and decrease pain. Employee injuries can often times be expensive and lengthy so as your employee recovers we will progress their rehabilitation to incorporate work specific activities into their therapeutic activities in an effort to return them to work in a timely cost-effective manner.
Occupational Therapy – Occupational Therapy is a therapeutic means of intervention for physical, cognitive, neurological, mental and developmental disorders aimed to facilitate maximum functional potential. Our programs include Functional Capacity Evaluations and Ergonomic Evaluations for the workplace. Glinn & Giordano Physical Therapy, Inc is also proud to have Certified Hand Therapists on staff to treat a variety of ailment of the hands.
Hydro Therapy – Using state-of-the-art equipment Glinn & Giordano Physical Therapy, Inc integrates water therapy to reduce weight bearing for individuals that require less weight to perform exercises. Hydro therapy uses the principle of buoyancy to reduce the pressure from injured joints allowing for patients to move easier and making rehabilitation more complete. The application of hydro therapy generally moves to land based programs once rehabilitation has progressed and patients are able to complete these programs.
